In honor of ‪#‎FashionWeek‬ kicking off in New York I couldn’t resist animating a throwback to fashion! Here’s to our childhood creations & to the days when we bravely dreamt that we could be anything….even fashion designers! PS it’s never too late to follow your childhood dreams!‪#‎ThrowbackThursday‬ ‪#‎tbt‬

The time has come where students young and old are heading back to school! To cheer everyone up I baked us an after school treat, just like our moms would! Whether or not you are attending school or, I hope you all enjoy my freshly made cookies & milk! PS sorry if this song gets stuck in your head, but it’s a childhood favorite of mine! ;)

I’ve been a busy bee preparing for this exciting moment! *drum roll, please* Today’s the grand opening of my very own online art shop!! I’ve remastered my travel postcards and am now offering them as prints & canvases of all sizes. Over the last year I’ve traveled to Paris, London, Italy, Germany, Iceland, Las Vegas & New York. All along the way I created illustrations of the sights to be seen! Now, thanks to the rad shops of threadless, I’m able to offer them as pieces of art for your walls! Please stop by my shop and say hello (cute dogs are welcome, too!) PS More cities are soon to come, I’m just deciding where I want to travel next! Where do you think I should go?

High five, Doc! Thanks for giving Jimmy Fallon the finger! ;) This week I was saddened to hear the news of what happened to Jimmy’s finger, which inspired me to make him this “get well soon” animation!

Jimmy - I hope you see this and that it brings a smile to your face. You have been such a joy to watch & laugh along with over the years. There isn’t a week that goes by without me enjoying fallontonight or some clip of your humor. Thank you, I truly appreciate the happiness that you bring into the world! I’m glad Dr.Chiu fixed your finger & that you have such a grateful attitude about it. Sending best wishes from me to you & hoping you feel better soon!

It’s my 2 year animation anniversary!!! Words cannot tell you how thankful I am for all your support along the way. In 2013 I taught myself how to animate by using the Instagram app. Little did I know that something which started as a hobby would so quickly change the course of my life! Within 2 months of creating my first animation I quit my day job and turned illustrating & animating into my full time career! Since my first piece, “Make Something & Grow”, I have made 162 animations! In honor of‪#‎ThrowbackThursday‬ here is a look back at some of my favorite creations! Thank you for watching me grow along the way, I simply can’t wait to see what we *make* of the future!

“Make A Goofy Toast!” - This is my way to make a toast to you, even if it’s a little goofy ;) I want to thank you for all your ongoing support. I don’t know if you realize this, but the encouragement I receive from each & every one of you is the #1 thing that motivates me to keep creating. So thank you, your love & support means a lot! *raises a piece of bread to toast you all*

Happy 4th of July!! God bless America for knowing how to throw a good picnic! With the gathering of family & friends, what begins as a basket always turns into a feast. Hands down July 4th is my favorite day to enjoy friends, food & fireworks! I hope you all have fun plans for the holiday and that you eat well & be safe! PS Thanks for all your awesome suggestions of what food to include in this picnic! I crammed as much in as I possibly could, even the firework was made with gummy bears and m&ms ;)

When life gives me lemons, I make lemon ice cream! I’ve been going through some ups and downs over the last couple weeks, including injuring my drawing arm which has limited my ability to create. Despite my pain I sucked it up and made this piece for you! Life tried to give me a lemon, but that’s not going to stop me from giving you a smile. Hope this brightens your day!

This ‪#‎throwback‬ animation is my tribute to Banksy & his epic visit to New York! Almost 2 years ago Banksy spent a full month creating art & excitement around the city. Every day he would make something new on the walls of New York & hundreds would search the streets to find his hidden work. It was brilliant & inspiring to watch. In this animation I feature his clever creation, “Graffiti Is A Crime”. It was the 1st piece that he created out of 31 total, and is personally one of my favorites! Banksy - whoever & where ever you are, I want you to know that you inspire me!

April showers bring Mayhem flowers! I have been a fangirl of, 5yo fashion designer, Mayhem for quite some time! She takes paper & transforms it into a fantastic fashion show on her account. I had an idea for a #followfriday animation that would highlight her brilliance & share her talents with you all. Lucky for me she was able to join me in making it come to life! We got together last weekend & made this piece! If you love fashion, creativity & crafts go follow her at www.instagram.com/2sisters_angie or www.fashionbymayhem.com!
